Photography Masterclass 2019 at the Académie des Beaux-Arts, Kinshasa

John Fleetwood leads a masterclass on photography at the Académie des Beaux-Arts(ABA), in Kinshasa, DRC from 6-13 March 2019. Initiated in 2018, the 8 weeklong photography training workshops expands over a 2-year period to equip students of ABA interested in photography with photography skills. The course serves as a basis to develop a permanent learning centre of photography at the ABA, Kinshasa. Over a period of two years, eight weeklong workshops under the leadership of professionals with different backgrounds taught modular classes to 12 students of the ABA.
The Masterclass is a project of EUNIC-RDC, the network of the European cultural institutions abroad, supported by the Delegation of the European Union in the DRC organized by the Goethe-Institut Kinshasa.
